摘　　要：库架合一式立体仓库货架在国内尚处于起步阶段,但在国际市场比较成熟,国内货架行业头部企业近些年已推进海外库架合一式立体仓库货架的实施探索,通过各个区域海外项目的实施经验,形成符合美国规范、欧洲规范的结构设计体系和方案报价体系,并对库架合一式货架原材料选择及测试验证、海外项目风险识别与控制、货架及五金件表面处理方案选择等积累了一定经验,形成了可执行的操作标准。The combination of warehouse shelves and three-dimensional warehouse shelves is still in its early stages in China,but it is relatively mature in the international market.In recent years,leading enterprises in the domestic shelf industry have promoted the implementation exploration of overseas warehouse shelves and three-dimensional warehouse shelves.Through the implementation experience of overseas projects in various regions,a structural design system and scheme quotation system that meets American and European standards have been formed,And we have accumulated some experience in the selection and testing verification of raw materials for warehouse shelves,risk identification and control of overseas projects,and the selection of surface treatment plans for shelves and hardware components,forming executable operational standards.
