数字化转型背景下应用型本科工商管理类专业人才融合培养模式研究

摘　　要：随着大数据、人工智能等数字技术的普及新技术的飞速发展及商业管理理论的迭代创新,应用型本科工商管理类专业培养模式存在培养目标定位模糊、课程体系缺乏特色、课程教学方式单一、实践教学形式化、教师数字化知识和技能相对缺乏等问题,本文提出基于需求分析定位工商管理专业数字化人才培养目标、构建工商管理多元融合数字化课程体系、采用多元融合课程教学方式、构建多层次创新型数字化实践教学体系、充分利用校外优势资源提升教师实践能力等对策,从而构建应用型高校工商管理专业人才培养新模式。With the popularization of digital technologies such as big data,artificial intelligence,and the rapid development of new technologies and iterative innovation of commercial management theory,there are blooming target positioning,lack of characteristics,courses,courses,and curriculum The teaching methods are single,the formalization of practical teaching,and the relatively lack of digital knowledge and skills of teachers.It proposes to analyze and position the professional digital talent training goals based on demand,build a diversified digital curriculum system for industrial and commercial administration,adopt multiple integration curriculum teaching methods,build multiple construction multi-construction methods Countermeasures such as hierarchical innovative digital practical teaching system,and make full use of the advantages of outside school to enhance the practical ability of teachers to build a new model for training of business management professionals in applied universities.
