摘  要:试验设置了4个NaCl胁迫浓度(30、60、90、120 mmol/L)和1个空白对照(CK),通过对平欧杂种榛达维幼苗进行生长及光合生理指标的测定,分析了不同浓度盐胁迫对达维幼苗生长及光合生理等指标的影响。结果表明,随着NaCl胁迫浓度的增加,达维幼苗的根长,根、茎、叶的鲜重与干重以及总生物量整体均呈降低的趋势;达维幼苗叶片的叶绿素含量整体呈增加的趋势;达维幼苗的光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、气孔限制值、水分利用效率均显著降低,而胞间二氧化碳浓度显著增加;达维幼苗的呼吸强度呈显著降低的趋势。In this experiment,four NaCl salt concentration gradients(30,60,90 and 120 mmol/L)and a blank control 0(CK)were set for salt stress treatment of‘Dawei’hydroponic seedlings.The effects of salt stress on the growth and photosynthetic physiology of‘Dawei’seedlings were analyzed.The results showed that with the increase of salt stress concentration,the root length,fresh and dry weight and biomass of‘Dawei’seedlings decreased gradually.The chlorophyll content of‘Dawei’seedling leaves increased.The photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,transpiration rate,stomatal limit value and water use efficiency of‘Dawei’seedlings were basically decreased,while the intercellular carbon dioxide concentration was significantly increased.The respiration intensity of‘Dawei’seedlings was significantly reduced.
