摘 要:基于2011—2019年中国省(区、市)面板数据,构建了超效率SBM模型并测算了粮食生产用水效率,利用调节效应模型探究了农田水利设施对粮食生产用水效率的影响,以及农用化肥对粮食生产用水效率的调节效应。结果表明:(1)中国粮食生产用水效率总体水平较高,呈现出明显的地区差异性;(2)农田水利设施对提高粮食生产用水效率具有极显著的正向影响;(3)农用化肥与农田水利设施具有极显著的交互效应,且农用化肥的投入弱化了农田水利设施对粮食生产用水效率的促进作用。建议各省(区、市)全面提升农田水利建设水平,不断优化水利灌溉结构,并确保农用化肥的减量增效。Based on Chinese provincial and municipal panel data from 2011 to 2019,a super-efficient SBM model was constructed to measure the water use efficiency of grain production,and a regulation effect model was used to study the impact of farmland water conservancy facilities on the water use efficiency of grain production,as well as the regulation effect of agricultural fertilizers on water use efficiency of grain production.The results show that:(1)The overall level of water use efficiency in grain production in China is high,showing obvious regional differences.(2)Farmland water conservancy facilities have a positive and significant effect on improving water use efficiency in grain production(P<0.01).(3)There is a significant interaction effect between agricultural fertilizers and farmland water conservancy facilities(P<0.01),and the input of agricultural fertilizers weakens the role of farmland water conservancy facilities in promoting water use efficiency in grain production.It is recommended that provinces and municipalities should comprehensively improve the level of farmland water conservancy construction,continuously optimize the irrigation structure of water conservancy,and ensure the reduction and increase in efficiency of agricultural chemical fertilizers.
