山西沿黄地区农户土地转出行为影响因素研究——基于539份农户调研数据的实证分析

摘　　要：基于山西省沿黄地区5个县539份农户的调研数据,运用Logistic回归分析法,实证检验了山西沿黄地区农户土地转出行为的主要影响因素。结果表明:(1)9.1%的农户在调研区内进行了土地转出活动,但土地转出积极性较低;(2)家庭总收入、农业收入比重、农业补贴比重、户主年龄、经营耕地面积、耕地质量、所在地区等7个因素对农户土地转出行为的影响极显著,其中,与家庭总收入、农业收入比重、农业补贴比重呈负相关,与户主年龄、经营耕地面积、耕地质量、所在地区呈正相关;(3)农户是否缴纳医疗保险、是否参与农业保险对农户土地转出行为有显著的正向影响。因此,提出了应大力发展第二、三产业,强化农业补贴配套措施,积极开展农民职业技能培训,提高农村社会保障水平,强化生态保护的农业政策建议。Based on the survey data of 539 farmers in five counties along the Yellow River in Shanxi Province,the main influencing factors of farmers’land transfer behavior in Shanxi Province were empirically tested by Logistic regression analysis.The results show that:(1)9.1%of the farmers have carried out land transfer activities in the survey area,and the enthusiasm for land transfer is low.(2)The total household income,the proportion of agricultural income,the proportion of agricultural subsidies,the age of the head of the household,the area of cultivated land,the quality of cultivated land and the region have a very significant impact on the land transfer behavior of farmers.Among them,the total household income,the proportion of agricultural income and the proportion of agricultural subsidies are negatively correlated,and the age of the head of the household,the area of cultivated land,the quality of cultivated land and the region are positively correlated.(3)Whether farmerspay medical insurance and participate in agricultural insurance have a significant positive impact on farmers’land transfer behavior.Therefore,it was finally proposed to vigorously develop the secondary and tertiary industries,strengthen the supporting measures of agricultural subsidies,actively carry out vocational skills training for farmers,improve the level of rural social security,and strengthen agricultural policy recommendations for ecological protection.
