中部地区科技投入产出绩效及空间溢出效应研究

摘　　要：以中部地区(河南、安徽、湖北、湖南、江西和山西)为研究区域,采用熵权法评价六省不同主体的科技投入产出绩效(2016年、2020年),采用社会网络分析法研究六省不同时空范围的科技产出空间外溢的网络特征,并通过回归模型,分析科技产出空间外溢对投入产出绩效的影响。结果表明:中部省份中安徽、湖北的科技投入产出绩效较突出;安徽的科技产出外溢效应显著,山西相对较弱;六省的专利溢出效应呈显著增长趋势;其他省份的专利溢出集中于省会城市;中部各省专利溢出网络的密度是显著影响中部企业科技投入产出绩效的关键因素。Taking the six central provinces(Henan,Anhui,Hubei,Hunan,Jiangxi,and Shanxi)as the research area,the entropy method was used to evaluate the science and technology input-output performance of different entities in the six provinces(2016,2020).The social network analysis method was used to study the network characteristics of science and technology output spatial spillovers within different study regions(2016,2020).Finally,by constructing a regression model,key spatial spillover factors that significantly affected the efficiency of outcome output were identified.The results showed that the science and technology input-output performance in Anhui and Hubei Provinces in central China was outstanding.The spillover effect of science and technology output in Anhui was significant while Shanxi was relatively weak.The patent spillover effect in the six provinces showed a significant growth trend.Patent spillovers from other provinces were concentrated in provincial capital cities.The density of patent spillover network in central provinces was the key factor that significantly affected the science and technology input-output performance of enterprises in central China.
