摘　　要：基于“人口-经济-资源-环境”的空间治理理论基础构建高质量发展指标体系,通过改进的引力模型和社会网络分析法对辽宁省老工业城市之间高质量发展引力关系和空间关联网络结构特征进行研究。结果表明:(1)高铁的开通对高质量发展的虹吸作用极为显著,研究区内哈大高铁已形成较为明显的增长极。(2)盘锦市与营口市之间的高质量发展引力关系始终处于突出地位。(3)辽宁省高质量发展已逐步形成稳定的空间关联网络,但核心城市与边缘城市关联性不强;城市高质量发展等级分级明显,沈阳市处于该网络核心主导地位,起到中介和控制作用,其次是大连市和盘锦市;鞍山市、辽阳市、盘锦市和营口市是辽宁省高质量发展空间关联网络中的中坚力量型城市。Based on the theoretical basis of“population-economy-resource-environment”spatial governance,constructed a high-quality development index system.Through the improved gravity model and social network analysis to visualize and analyze the high-quality development gravitational relationship and the spatial correlation network structure characteristics among old industrial cities.The results are as followings:(1)The high-speed rail has a very significant siphon effect on high-quality development.The Harbin-Dalian high-speed rail in the study area has formed a more obvious growth pole.(2)The gravitational relationship of high-quality development between Panjin City and Yingkou City has always been in a prominent position.(3)High-quality development of Liaoning Province has gradually formed a stable spatial correlation network,but the correlation between core cities and marginal cities is not strong;The grade of urban high-quality development is obvious,Shenyang City is at the core of the network,acts as an intermediary and regulator,and followed by Dalian City and Panjin City;Anshan City,Liaoyang City,Panjin City and Yingkou City are the core power cities in the spatial correlation network for high-quality development in Liaoning Province.
