第三空间视域下历史街区的日常生活实践与地方依恋——以天津市鼓楼街区为例

摘　　要：在第三空间理论的视域下,以天津市鼓楼街区为研究对象,采用质性与量性相结合的研究方法,分析街区更新中的日常生活实践和地方依恋成因。结果表明:(1)在城市发展联盟“净化-置换”的战略方法下,历史街区的空间表征呈现出肌理再造、功能替换和文化转换3种特征转向。(2)居民们通过“占据-迂回”的战术方法,对抗精英集团的空间介入,呈现出能动性与韧性的特征,但其力量是微小且有限的。(3)非物质层面的情感、认同与纽带是地方依恋产生的直接表征,且与年龄呈显著正相关性。(4)空间剥夺、空间失配和空间隔离所引发的日常生活问题是居民地方依恋产生的主要原因。“污名化”的身份标签与“阶层化”的社会关系不利于居民日常生活的重建。Taking the Tianjin Gulou District as the research object,this study analyses everyday life practices and place attachment in urban regeneration by adopting a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods.The results show that:(1)Under the purification-replacement strategy of the urban development alliance,the spatial representation of the historic districts show three characteristic shifts,including texture reconstruction,functional replacement,and cultural transformation.(2)The residents have fought against the spatial intervention of the elite group through the tactical method of occupancy-meandering,showing the characteristics of mobility and resilience,but their power is small and limited.(3)After relocation,residents have a strong sense of place attachment to the Gulou District,with non-material aspects of emotion,identity,and bonding is the direct manifestation of place attachment and a significant positive correlation with age.(4)Spatial deprivation,spatial mismatch,and spatial segregation are the main causes of place attachment among residents.
