摘 要:准噶尔盆地某区块水平井储层致密,非均质性强,采用分级分簇进行大规模体积压裂后投产产量差异大,产能影响因素的不明确使水平井产能评价成为难点。结合开发现状,按照地质与工程一体化的思路分析水平井产能的影响因素,明确优质甜点钻遇率,储层地质参数中的可动油孔隙度、岩石脆性、闭合应力以及压裂施工参数中的液量、加砂量、排量对产能影响较大。基于直井试油井资料,优选可动油孔隙度和岩石脆性构建储层品质指数对水平井段进行分段分级评价,考虑不同级别储层对产能的贡献以及闭合应力对压裂裂缝的影响,分别对储层地质参数及压裂施工参数进行归一化。在此基础上,采用多元线性回归的方法建立了水平井产能预测模型,模型参数易于获取,操作简单。经5口井的实际应用验证,预测产量与实际年产量平均相对误差为11.4%,证明该模型能够满足生产需要。The reservoir of horizontal wells in a block of Junggar basin is tight and highly heterogeneous.After large-scale volume fracturing by classification and clustering,there is a large difference in production.The factors affecting production capacity are not clear,which makes it difficult to evaluate the production capacity of horizontal wells.Combined with the development status,the influencing factors of horizontal well productivity are analyzed according to the idea of integration of geology and engineering.And it is clear that the high-quality sweet spot penetration rate,movable oil porosity,rock brittleness,closure stress in reservoir geological parameters and fluid volume,sand addition volume and discharge volume in fracturing construction parameters have a great impact on productivity.Based on the vertical well test data,the movable oil porosity and rock brittleness are optimized to build a reservoir quality index to conduct staged evaluation of horizontal well sections.Considering the contribution of different levels of reservoirs to productivity and the impact of closure stress on fracturing fractures,the geological parameters of the reservoir and fracturing operation parameters are normalized respectively.On this basis,the productivity prediction model of horizontal wells is established by using the method of multiple linear regression.The parameters of the productivity prediction model are easy to obtain and operate.The actual application of 5 wells has verified that the average relative error between the predicted output and the actual annual output is 11.4%,which proves the model meets the needs of the production.
