摘 要:随着世界范围内快递物流量稳定增长,我国快递业务量也突飞猛进,高速铁路迅猛发展,速度快、准点率高等优势驱使高铁快件运输有逐渐变成快捷货物运输的趋势。依据国内外学者对高铁货运的基础研究,并结合我国当下高铁线路覆盖情况、高铁运力与高铁快件量,提出利用高速铁路列车闲置空间运送快件的客货共运模式,通过最优化理论和非线性整数规划,以快件货运成本最低为目标,以不影响旅客乘车体验为前提,在运输能力、装卸时间以及运输时间的约束下制定快件输送方案的优化模型,运用遗传算法完成模型求解。以沪昆高速铁路上海至南昌段的快件运输需求为背景进行算例分析,并验证模型的可行性,结果表明提高载货效率及降低运营成本有助于降低货运成本。With the steady growth of express delivery volume globally,the express volume in China has also advanced by leaps and bounds.Meanwhile,high speed railway(HSR)develops rapidly and features fast speed and high punctuality,which makes HSR express transportation can transform into express freight transportation gradually.Based on the basic studies of domestic and foreign scholars on HSR freight transportation,this paper proposed a passenger and freight co-transportation mode of employing the HSR idle space to transport express items by combining the current coverage of HSR lines,HSR capacity,and express delivery volume.This study is based on optimization theory and nonlinear integer planning,with the lowest express freight cost as the goal and without affecting the passenger experience as the premise.As a result,an optimization model is built under the constraints of transportation capacity,loading and unloading time,and transport time,and the model was solved by a genetic algorithm.With the express transportation demands of the Shanghai-Nanchang section of Shanghai-Kunming HSR as the background,an example analysis was conducted to verify the model feasibility.The results show that improving the loading efficiency and reducing the operation cost can help decrease the freight cost.
