摘  要:京唐铁路、京滨铁路主要服务于区域城际客流及中长途客流,综合路网衔接条件、列车运行时分、运营适应性等因素明确了2条铁路的动车组类型、定员,结合客流特点,以公交化运营为出发点,考虑规格化开行列车、充分发挥动车组性能、保证一定服务频率、提高车底运用效率等原则,建议跨线列车及本线大站停城际列车采用350 km/h级别动车组,本线站站停城际列车采用200 km/h级别动车组。以开行方案及线路工程条件为基础,编制京唐铁路与京滨铁路周期运行图,规格化开行城际列车与跨线列车,北京城市副中心至宝坻南段每10 min开行1对车,京唐铁路与京滨铁路列车运行图全日共铺画194列车,划分为17个交路,两线共需配置18列8辆编组350 km/h动车组、11列4辆编组200 km/h城际动车组。Beijing-Tangshan Railway and Beijing-Binhai Railway mainly serve regional intercity passenger flows and mid-long distance passenger flows.According to the factors such as railway network connection conditions,train operation time,and operational adaptability,the type and seating capacity of electric multiple units(EMUs)of the two railways were defined.Based on the characteristics of passenger flows,this paper took the bus operation as the starting point,considered the principles of standardizing the operation of trains,giving full play to EMU performance,ensuring a certain service frequency,and improving the efficiency of EMU operation.As a result,the paper suggested that EMUs of 350 km/h should be used for cross-line trains and intercity trains stopping at major stations,and EMUs of 200 km/h should be used for intercity trains stopping at all stations.On the basis of the train diagram scheme and railway engineering conditions,periodic train diagrams of Beijing-Tangshan Railway and Beijing-Binhai Railway were established,and the operation of intercity and cross-line trains were standardized.One pair of trains would run per 10 minutes from Beijing Municipal Administrative Center to Baodinan section,and 194 trains were arranged on the train diagrams of Beijing-Tangshan Railway and Beijing-Binhai Railway,which were divided into 17 train routing.In addition,the two railways need to be equipped with 18 EMUs of 350 km/h with eight marshallings and 11 intercity EMUs of 200 km/h with four marshallings.
