摘 要:目前,既有的动车组故障管理系统积累了大量的动车组故障信息。针对既有系统存在的多源信息管理模式不适应、设计理念不适应、系统架构不适应、应用功能不适应等问题,提出了动车组多源故障管理信息系统,设计重构既有系统。按照检修作业人员及管理人员实际需求,从数据层、服务层、业务层、应用层等方面设计系统的总体架构方案。按照既有故障系统数据分布情况,设计系统数据架构方案,对多源数据进行抽取融合。通过对故障发现、故障处置、故障查询、故障分析、重点故障管理、故障统计等功能模块的组合构建国铁集团级、动车段所级、造修企业级的应用,利用ElasticSearch,Kafka,Swagger等技术提高开发效率,提速信息传递、优化用户体验。该系统已在全路逐步开始试运行。At present,existing fault management systems for EMU have accumulated a large amount of EMU fault information.A multi-source fault management information system for EMU was proposed to address the issues in existing systems,such as unsuitable multi-source information management mode,design concept,system architecture,and application functions.The existing system was designed and reconstructed.The overall architecture scheme of the system was designed from aspects such as the data layer,service layer,business layer,and application layer according to the actual needs of maintenance operators and managers.According to the data distribution of the existing fault system,the system data architecture scheme was designed to extract and fuse the multi-source data.By combining functional modules such as fault detection,fault handling,fault query,fault analysis,key fault management,and fault statistics,this paper built applications at the level of China State Railway Group,multiple unit depot,and manufacturing and repair enterprise.Technologies such as ElasticSearch,Kafka,and Swagger were used to improve development efficiency,accelerate information transmission,and optimize user experience.The system has gradually started trial operation throughout the entire railway.
