摘 要:传统的铁路应急救援基地布置在铁路沿线,配备救援列车及大型起重设备等救援装备,并主要以铁路线路作为救援运输路径,其在复杂环境下具有一定的局限性。基于此,考虑复杂地理、气象、地质等救援环境,提出多载具联运路径规划方法,可根据多元环境信息,综合各载具在不同环境下的通行折扣系数,自动构建多种不同载具的通行能力图;设计多载具联运路径规划算法,可产生详细的路径接续区段以及载具联运等信息,仿真研究地理、气象、地质复杂及灾害高发区域铁路救援基地能力建设的策略,为进一步完善复杂救援场景下铁路应急救援联运基地选址和载具配置策略提供参考。The traditional railway emergency rescue base is arranged along the railway and equipped with rescue trains,large lifting equipment,and other rescue equipment.In addition,the railway line is mainly used as the rescue transport path,which has certain limitations in complex environments.On this basis,by considering the complex geography,meteorology,geology,and other rescue environments,a multi-vehicle intermodal transport path planning method was proposed.This method could automatically construct traffic capacity maps for various vehicles based on multiple environmental information and traffic discount coefficients of each vehicle in different environments.The multi-vehicle intermodal transport path planning algorithm was designed,which could generate detailed information such as path connection section and vehicle intermodal transport.The strategy of railway rescue base capacity construction in regions with complex geography,meteorology,geology,and high disaster incidence was simulated,so as to provide a reference for further improving the site selection and vehicle configuration strategy for railway emergency rescue bases based on intermodal transport in complex rescue scenarios.
