民国时期“私立非私有”高校管理体制及其启示——以南开大学为例

摘  要:“私立非私有”高校管理体制是民国时期南开大学成功办学的要诀。通过分析南开大学“私立非私有”高校管理体制的具体实践路径:法制化建设、董事会领导下的校长负责制、师生共同治校及校务公开,启示当代民办高校在管理上应坚持依法治校,健全内部规章制度;完善领导体系,保障办学自主权;摒弃家族化管理,鼓励公益性办学;推进信息公开,强化社会监督。The management system of"private-running&co-management integrated"for colleges and universities is the key to the success of Nankai University in the period of the Republic of China.The author mainly analyzes the specific practice path of Nankai University's"private-running&co-management integrated"management system:The construction of the legal system,the principal responsibility system under the leadership of the board of directors,the co-management of teachers and students and the openness of college affairs can enlighten the contemporary private colleges and universities to insist on managing schools according to laws and optimize internal rules and regulations;perfect the leadership system and ensure the autonomy of running schools;abandon family-based management and encourage public-welfare-oriented running;and promote information disclosure and strengthen social supervision.
