基于教师结构分析的组织模块管理实践——以天津中德应用技术大学为例

摘　　要：以组织模块管理理论为指导,以政治面貌属性将高校教职工划分成三个组织模块,从不同工作视角,结合三个模块各自特点,阐述组织模块的平衡机制,提出了促进高校实践体系构建的对策。Guided by the theory of organizational module management and divided into three organizational modules by the attributes of political outlook,this paper elaborates on the balance mechanism of organizational modules by combining their characteristics from different work perspectives,and puts forward countermeasures to promote the construction of university practical system.
