摘 要:内置三相永磁同步电机无速度控制中当电机运行在零低速时,有用信号的信噪比很低,导致对电机转子位置和速度检测失效。传统脉振高频信号注入法在控制系统中由于多个低通滤波器的使用,存在信号延迟问题。提出了基于脉振高频电压信号的锁相环(PLL)的转子位置估算方法,减少低通滤波器的使用。利用MATLAB对传统脉振高频电压信号注入法与新型的锁相环(PLL)的转子位置估算方法对比。实验表明:新型的锁相环(PLL)的转子位置估算方法对比于传统脉振高频信号注入法在结构、精度与动态性能上都有所提高。In no speed control of built-in three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor,when the motor is running at zero low speed,the signal-to-noise ratio of useful signals is very low,which leads to the failure of rotor position and speed detection.The traditional pulse high-frequency signal injection method has the problem of signal delay due to the use of multiple low-pass filters in the control system.The rotor position estimation method of phase locked loop(PLL)based on pulse high-frequency voltage signal is proposed to reduce the use of low-pass filters.MATLAB is used to compare the traditional pulse high-frequency voltage signal injection method with the new phase locked loop(PLL)rotor position estimation method.The experimental results show that the structure,accuracy and dynamic performance of the new PLL rotor position estimation method are improved compared with the traditional pulse high-frequency signal injection method.
