摘　　要：2023年2月,美国空军发布了新版《网络空间作战条令》(AFDP3-12),对2011年11月30日发布的AFDP3-12进行了修订。新版条令更加突出了网络空间作战的重要性,旨在以最优方式为世界范围内的美军联合作战提供支持。同时,新版条令进一步明确空军网络空间作战类型,理顺空军网络司令部与国防部网络司令部及其他网络作战单位间的指挥控制关系,规定网络作战的计划、执行和评估,进一步推动美国空军网络作战的应用。In February 2023,the U.S.Air Force released a new version of the Cyberspace Operations(AFDP3-12),which revised the AFDP3-12 released on November 30,2011.The new version of the ordinance gives greater prominence to the importance of cyberspace operations and aims to provide optimal support for joint U.S.military operations worldwide.At the same time,the new version of the ordinance further clarifies the type of Air Force cyberspace operations,reviews the command and control relationship between Air Force Cyber Command and Department of Defense Cyber Command and other cyber operations units,specifies the planning,execution,and evaluation of cyber operations,and further promotes the application of U.S.Air Force cyber operations.
