摘 要:针对某实际运行的矿用对旋风机叶片存在的磨损问题,采用SST k-ω湍流模型和Finnie磨损模型,对不同叶片安装角下风机内部气固两相流场进行了数值模拟研究。首先,选择风机静压、功率和效率为评价指标,进行了风机性能试验,对数值计算方法和模型的准确性进行了验证;然后,根据设计的6种叶片安装角方案,对叶片压力面的磨损特征和气固两相流风机流场的分布规律进行了分析;最后,对不同叶片安装角下气固两相流风机的性能进行了对比,确定了具有最佳抗磨效果和最优风机性能的叶片安装角方案。研究结果表明:相比于原始的叶片安装角,增大后级安装角后的叶片面平均磨损率降低了6.0×10^(-8)kg/(m^(2)·s);同时,增大后级安装角能够有效地缓解后级叶片前缘和尾缘处的分离涡现象,提高风机的性能,达到叶片抗磨的目的。Aiming at the problem of blade erosion of a mining counter-rotating fan in actual operation,the SST k-ωturbulence model and the Finnie erosion model were used to numerically simulate the gas-solid two-phase flow field of the fan at different blade installation angles.Firstly,fan performance tests were carried out with fan static pressure,fan power and fan efficiency as evaluation indexes,and the accuracy of the numerical calculation methods and models was verified.Then,the erosion characteristics of the blade pressure surface and the distribution patterns of the gas-solid two-phase flow field of the fan were analyzed according to the six designed blade installation angle cases.Finally,the performance parameters of the gas-solid two-phase flow fan with different blade installation angles were compared,and the blade installation angle with the best anti-erosion effect and the optimum fan performance was determined.The results show that the average erosion rate of the blade surface is reduced by 6.0×10^(-8)kg/(m^(2)·s)after increasing the rear stage blade installation angle compared to the original blade installation angle.Increasing the rear stage blade installation angle reduces the separation vortex at the leading and trailing edges of the rear stage blade,improves the fan performance,and achieves the purpose of blade anti-erosion.
