摘　　要：人民教育家高铭暄教授从多个维度对我国死刑制度改革问题进行了探索,包括历史眼光的死刑制度演进,国际视野的死刑制度中外比较,刑事一体化思维的实体法与程序法相结合,人道情怀的死刑制度改革的价值衡量,以及现实维度的死刑制度改革的中国之路。高铭暄教授的死刑制度改革思想带给我们多方面的启迪,包括用刑罚人道主义夯实死刑制度改革的价值基础,深入挖掘死刑制度改革的传统文化力量,以国际视野不断注入死刑制度改革的外部动力,以民意为入口不断凝聚死刑制度改革的社会力量,以死刑政策不断引领死刑制度改革的前进步伐。高铭暄教授的死刑制度改革思想对我国死刑制度改革和相关理论研究发挥了积极功效,对之予以研究有重要意义。Professor Gao Mingxuan,a renowned people's educationist,has explored China's death penalty system reform from multiple perspectives,including the historical evolution of the death penalty system,comparative analysis of the domestic and international death penalty systems,the combination of substantive and procedural law from the perspective of integrated criminal thinking,the value assessment of the death penalty system reform from a humane perspective,and the realistic path to China's death penalty system reform.Professor Gao's ideas on death penalty system reform have provided us with various inspirations,such as the importance of humanizing punishment to establish a foundation for death penalty system reform,tapping into the power of traditional culture to promote the reform,continuously introducing external forces with an international perspective,consolidating social forces through public opinion,and guiding the progress of death penalty system reform through death penalty policies.Professor Gao's ideas on death penalty system reform have had a positive effect on China's death penalty system reform and related theoretical research,making them of great significance for further studies.
