摘　　要：心房颤动(简称房颤)是临床中最常见的心律失常之一,其发病率高、危害性大、医疗负担重,已成为严重危害人类健康的重大心血管疾病。房颤康复的综合管理主要包括预防脑卒中、优化症状控制、运动康复、心理干预和危险因素管理。与传统治疗相比,房颤康复的综合管理能显著减轻房颤患者的症状严重程度及医疗负担,更有利于改善临床预后。Atrial fibrillation(AF)is one of the most common arrhythmias in clinical practice.Due to its high morbidity,great harm and heavy medical burden,AF has become a major cardiovascular disease that seriously threatens human health.The comprehensive management of AF rehabilitation mainly includes the prevention of stroke,optimization of symptom control,exercise rehabilitation,psychological intervention and management of risk factors.Compared with traditional treatment,comprehensive management of AF rehabilitation can significantly relieve the severity of AF patients􀆳symptoms and medical burden,and is more conducive to improve clinical prognosis.
