摘 要:梭式窑具有操作灵活、生产效率高等诸多优点,在耐火材料和陶瓷工业得到了广泛的应用,但由于其属于间歇式运行,故存在热效率低和能耗高的缺点。为进一步降低梭式窑的能耗,对其现有的各种节能措施如回收烟气余热、减少窑体热损失等进行了综述和总结,并建议今后应兼顾节能和环保的双重效果,从回收制品余热、减少窑车蓄热、窑体轻量化、使用红外节能涂料、加强自动控制与改进窑型等方面深入做好梭式窑的节能工作。Based on many advantages such as flexible operation and high production efficiency,shuttle kilns have been widely used in refractory and ceramic industries.However,due to intermittent operation,low thermal efficiency and high energy consumption are their main disadvantages.In order to reduce their energy consumption further,the existing energy conservation measures of shuttle kilns were summarized,such as recovering waste heat of flue gas and reducing thermal loss of the kiln body.It was suggested that dual effects of energy saving and environmental protection should be taken into account,and the energy saving of shuttle kilns should be continued from recovering waste heat of products,reducing the thermal storage of kiln cars,lightening the kiln body,using infrared radiation energy saving coatings,strengthening automatic control and improving kiln types.
