摘　　要：本文用文献分析法梳理了具有代表性的国家性“双碳”相关政策,提炼出中国实现“双碳”目标的总体政策体系和制度框架。借助SWOT分析工具剖析了氟化工企业在“双碳”背景下所拥有的发展优势与劣势及其面临的机遇与挑战。并以永和股份为例,从运用科学技术、管理规范、政策扶持、金融工具等角度出发,提出氟化工企业在“双碳”战略背景下进一步发展的可行性建议,旨在最终促进我国“双碳”目标的稳步落实。This paper uses literature analysis to sort out the typical national"Dual Carbon"related policies,and extracts the overall policy system and institutional framework for China to achieve the goal of"Dual Carbon".With the help of SWOT analysis tools,the paper analyzes the development advantages and disadvantages of fluorine chemical enterprises and And its facing opportunities and challenges under the background of"Dual Carbon".Taking Yonghe shares as an example,from the perspective of the use of science and technology,management rule,policy support,financial tools and so on,put forward the feasible suggestions of further development of fluorine chemical enterprises under the background of"Dual Carbon"strategy,aiming to finally promote the steady implementation of China's"Dual Carbon"goal.
