摘 要:对长时间超负荷运行单螺杆空气压缩机螺杆轴断裂失效进行有限元模拟分析。构建单螺杆空气压缩机螺杆轴的有限元模型,根据螺杆轴的实体尺寸与状态实施建模处理。在综合考虑载荷条件、疲劳强度系数和平均应力等影响疲劳寿命因素的基础上,通过ANSYS软件中的疲劳分析模块模拟长时间超负荷运行状态。通过裂纹分析方法对螺杆轴进行断裂失效模拟分析,利用高频疲劳试验机进行试验分析,结果表明,该模拟分析方法能够计算出裂纹方向的von Mises等效应力分布图、轴向位移和应力变化,多次对比测试后的准确性较好。The fracture failure of the screw shaft of the single screw air compressor was analyzed by finite element simulation.The finite element model of the screw shaft of the single screw air compressor is constructed,and the modeling processing is implemented according to the solid size and state of the screw shaft.On the basis of comprehensive consideration of load conditions,fatigue strength coefficient,average stress and other factors affecting fatigue life,the fatigue analysis module in ANSYS software is used to simulate the long-time overload operation state.The fracture failure simulation analysis of the screw shaft is carried out through the crack analysis method,and the test analysis is carried out by using the high frequency fatigue testing machine.The results show that the simulation analysis method can calculate the von Mises equivalent stress distribution diagram and the axial displacement and stress changes in the crack direction,and the accuracy of multiple comparative tests is good.
