摘 要:采用属于P-No.4的15CrMoR钢作为研究对象,以国内外承压设备标准对P-No.4材料焊后热处理温度的不同要求为基础,研究了不同保温温度下(595,620,675,690℃)15CrMoR钢对接接头的拉伸性能、冲击性能、硬度及显微组织的变化。结果表明,随着保温温度的升高,15CrMoR钢对接接头强度逐渐降低,焊缝和热影响区的冲击韧性有一定的提高,焊接接头的硬度和热影响区最高硬度值均有一定下降。675℃和690℃的整体性能优于595℃和620℃。15CrMoR steel belonging to P-No.4 steel was used as research object,and the effects of different holding temperatures(595,620,675,690℃)on the tensile properties,impact properties,hardness and microstructure of 15CrMoR butt weld were studied based on the different requirements for post-weld heat treatment temperature of P-No.4 steels in domestic and foreign pressure equipment standards.The results show that with the increase of the holding temperature,the strength of 15CrMoR steel butt joint decreases gradually,the impact toughness of weld and heat affected zone decreases to a certain extent,and the hardness of welded joint decreases to a certain extent.The overall properties at 675℃and 690℃are better than those at 595℃and 620℃.
