摘  要:以某超低能耗超高层建筑模型为研究对象,采用Ecotect Analysis工具模拟分析该被动式超低能耗建筑的采光性能,评价其能否达到绿色建筑标准中的相关要求。结果显示:在4层、19层和77层典型楼层可见光透射比为0.6的情况下,建筑采光状况良好,内区采光可以满足绿色建筑标准的自然采光的需求,且满足至少50%的空间、50%的时间下采光系数达到3.3%(495 lux)的要求。计算结果为被动式超低能耗建筑的自然采光设计及节能评价提供参考。Taking an ultra-low energy consumption ultra-high-rise building model as the research object,the Ecotect Analysis tool was used to simulate and analyze the daylighting performance of the passive ultra-low energy consumption building and evaluate whether it could meet the relevant requirements of green building standards.The results show that the lighting condition of building is good when the visible light transmission ratio of the 4th floor,19th floor and 77th floor is 0.6.The lighting in the inner area can meet the natural lighting requirements of the green building standard,and the lighting coefficient can reach 3.3%(495 lux)in at least 50%of the space and 50%of the time.The calculation results provide reference to natural lighting design and energy-saving evaluation of passive ultra-low energy buildings.
