摘  要:燃气管道受地下环境、第三方施工破坏、管道施工质量、服役年限等多种因素影响,容易发生管道腐蚀泄漏和外力创伤泄漏事故。详细阐述管道的停输和不停输应急抢修技术研究进展。其中,停输应急抢修技术包括快速阻断装置和翻转内衬修复技术;不停输应急抢修技术包括膨胀筒式封堵技术、传统塞式封堵技术、快速堵漏技术以及环氧树脂套筒修复技术等,着重对比分析新塞式封堵技术的特点和优势。此外,对智能封堵技术的发展与研究现状进行分析和总结。在总结我国抢修技术设备的基础上,提出城市燃气管道抢修技术的未来发展方向。Gas pipelines are affected by various factors such as underground environment,third-party construction damage,pipeline construction quality,service life and other factors,and are prone to pipeline corrosion leakage and external trauma leakage accidents.Progress of pipeline shutdown and non-stop emergency repair technology was introduced.The emergency repair of the stop transmission introduced the rapid blocking device and the repair technology of the flip liner,and the non-stop emergency repair technology introduces expansion cylinder sealing technology,traditional plug plugging technology,rapid leakage plugging technology and epoxy resin sleeve repair technology.Focus on the analysis and comparison of the characteristics and advantages of the new plug sealing technology.In addition,the development of intelligent blocking technology with technical prospects and rapid development is analyzed and explained.On the basis of the summary of the progress of domestic emergency repair technology and equipment,the future development trend of urban gas pipeline emergency repair technology is proposed.
