摘  要:受天然河砂季节性开采及国家环保政策的制约,机制砂已经成为天然河砂的绿色替代品。为推动铁路工程隧道洞渣绿色资源化利用,研究依托昌景黄高速铁路项目自建干法加工机制砂生产线,通过应用实践,介绍干法机制砂加工过程母岩选择、破碎与制砂设备、加工工艺控制要点。并对机制砂生产提出2点要求:一是应采用现代化管理手段和先进成熟的生产工艺,提高专业化、工厂化、机械化和信息化水平;二是机制砂生产过程应采用信息化监控技术,以期为机制砂的加工及工艺优化提供借鉴经验。Constrained by the seasonal mining of natural river sand and national environmental protection policy,the machine-made sand has become a green alternative to natural river sand.In order to promote the green resource utilization of tunnel slag in railroad projects,the study relies on the self-built dry processing machine-made sand production line of Changjing Huang high-speed railroad project,and introduces the main points of dry machine-made sand processing process mother rock selection,crushing and sand making equipment,and processing process control through application practice.It also puts forward two requirements for the production of machine-made sand:firstly,modern management means and advanced and mature production process should be adopted to improve the level of specialization,factoryization,mechanization and informationization;secondly,information technology should be used to monitor the production process of machine-made sand,in order to provide reference experience for the processing and process optimization of machine-made sand.
