摘 要:中国提出了在工业领域提高终端电气化率的指导意见。石化企业由于化石能源消耗多,深度CO_(2)减排困难,需要实施深度电气化改造工程,但目前石化企业提高终端电气化率还存在着一定的制约因素和关联性的影响。通过梳理当前电气化技术的可靠性、经济性和安全性,预测其未来发展趋势;介绍了电伴热、电加热器、电驱动、热泵、电锅炉、电加热炉的技术发展阶段,给出了相关应用建议;最后总结并分析了各类技术在石化企业提高全厂电气化率路径中的贡献。总体思路上,按照节能优先、凝汽式汽轮机替换、背压汽轮机替换、电伴热、电加热器和电加热炉的顺序进行路径设计,可指导不同企业采取“一厂一策”的电气化率提升路径,以安全可靠、经济合理的方式推进石化企业的电气化率提升工作。China offers the guiding opinion on increasing the terminal electrification rate in the field of industry.Due to the high consumption of fossil energy,deep CO_(2) emission reduction is difficult for petrochemical enterprises.So,deep electrification transformation projects need to be implemented.However,at the current stage,there remain some restraining factors and correlative influences for petrochemical enterprises to improve terminal electrification rate.This paper analyzes the current situation and development trend concerning the reliability of the electrification technology,economy and security of electrification,and also introduces the development periods and application suggestions in terms of electric heat tracing,electrical heater,electric drive,heat pump,electric boiler and electric heating furnace.Finally,it summarizes and analyzes the contribution of various technologies in petrochemical enterprises to increase the electrification rate of the whole plant.In general,this paper prioritizes energy conservation,condensing drive replacement,back pressure drive replacement,electric heat tracing,electrical heater as well as electric heating furnace.Such path design could guide different businesses to adopt“customized policies”to raise the electrification rate and improve the efficiency of petrochemical enterprises in a safe,t rustworthy and economical manner.
