摘　　要：目的:探讨临床药师对阴沟肠杆菌致妊娠期羊膜腔感染患者的药学监护作用。方法:临床药师参与1例阴沟肠杆菌致妊娠期羊膜腔感染治疗,根据目前阴沟肠杆菌的耐药情况和患者病情变化,对治疗药物选择、剂量等方面提出药学建议,并对患者进行全程药学监护。结果:配合临床,实施药学监护,患者症状得到好转,各项指标基本恢复至正常范围。结论:临床药师通过实施药学监护和用药干预,协助医师共同制定治疗方案,保障了孕产妇的用药安全。Objective:To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the pharmaceutical care of a patient with intraamniotic infection caused by Enterobacter cloacae during pregnancy.Methods:Clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment of the patient and considered the current resistance of Enterobacter cloacae and the changes of her disease condition and gave pharmaceutical suggestions on the selection of medicines,dosage,course of treatment and provided pharmaceutical care for the patient throughout the whole process.Results:The symptoms of the patient were improved and all the indexes were basically returned to the normal rang by cooperation with clinician and implementation of pharmaceutical care.Conclusion:Clinical pharmacist can ensure the medication safety of pregnant women by assisting clinician in formulating treatment plans and performing pharmaceutical care and medication intervention.
