摘　　要：与冠脉造影(CAG)相比,血管内超声成像(IVUS)作为目前临床上应用最广泛的腔内影像学技术,能精确地反映冠状动脉病变狭窄的严重程度、性质,指导支架的优化治疗,预测并发症,在左主干病变的诊疗中具有不可估量的价值。本文就IVUS在左主干病变介入治疗中的作用作一综述。Compared with coronary angiography(CAG),intravascular ultrasound imaging(IVUS),as most widely used intracavity imaging technique in clinical practice,can accurately reflect severity and nature of coronary artery stenosis,guide optimal treatment of stents and predict complications,and possess inestimable value in diagnosis and treatment of left main disease.The present article makes a review on role of IVUS in interventional treatment of left main disease.
