摘　　要：多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是影响女性健康的最常见的妇科内分泌疾病之一。PCOS通常会导致多种机体异常,如血脂异常、血糖异常、高血压、体重异常和代谢综合症等,从而使女性罹患心血管疾病(CVD)的风险增加。本文就PCOS相关CVD危险因素研究的进展作一综述,以期为PCOS的临床治疗和综合管理提供新思路。Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is one of the most common gynecological endocrine diseases affecting women's health.PCOS usually leads to a variety of physical abnormalities,such as dyslipidemia,abnormal blood glucose,hypertension,abnormal body weight and metabolic syndrome etc.,which increases risk of cardiovascular disease(CVD)in women.The present article makes a review on research progress on PCOS-related CVD risk factors,aiming at providing new thinking for clinical treatment and comprehensive management of PCOS.
