摘  要:为调查渤海海域海产品中甲基汞的污染情况,将样品中甲基汞经提取剂磁力搅拌提取20 min,0.1μm有机系尼龙微孔滤膜过滤,以甲醇(10%)+乙酸铵(0.04 mol/L)+L-半胱氨酸(0.1%)为流动相,用HC-C180.5μm色谱柱分离,原子荧光光谱法进行测定,建立了高效液相色谱-原子荧光光谱法测定海产品中甲基汞的分析方法。结果表明,甲基汞在2~40 ng/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r>0.999,方法检出限为0.02 ng/mL,加标回收率在96.7%~101%,相对标准偏差为2.3%。方法首次采用L-半胱氨酸(0.1%)+甲醇(10%)作为提取剂,操作简单,精密度高,干扰少,可用于海产品中甲基汞的测定。In order to investigate the pollution of methylmercury in marine products from Bohai Sea,a method for the determination of methylmercury in marine products by high performance liquid chromatography atomic fluorescence spectrometry was established.Methylmercury in the sample was extracted for^(2)0 min by magnetic stirring,and filtered by 0.1μm organicnylon microporous membrane with methanol(10%)+ammoniumacetate(0.04 mol/L)+L-cysteine(0.1%)as mobile phase,HC-C180.5μm chromatographic column for separation.The results showed that the linear relationship of base mercury was good within the range of 2-40 ng/mL,the correlation coefficient r>0.999,the detection limit of the method was 0.02 ng/mL,the recovery was 96.7%-101%,and the relative standard deviation was 2.3%.L-cysteine(0.1%)+methanol(10%)was used as the extracting agent for the first time.This method was simple in operation,high in precision and less in interference.It could be used for the determination of methylmercury in marine products.
