摘  要:氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法(HG-AFS)是测定土壤样品中硒(Se)的理想方法,常用Se、Pb合金材质的空心阴极灯为激发光源,无色散系统的AFS测Se时存在铅(Pb)的光谱干扰,但尚未引起广泛关注。通过研究高浓度Pb对Se测定的影响,提出了一种干扰校正的方法,可对检测结果进行有效校正,同时对还原剂浓度和消解酸的比例进行了优化。在2~40 ng/mL范围内获得Se标准曲线r^(2)=0.9989,检出限为0.002μg/g,方法精密度为2.9%~9.8%,准确度Δlog c小于0.035。对南疆铁门关区域地球化学调查样品进行了测定,校正后Se的检测结果合格率为94.0%。方法具有操作简单、准确高效,能够有效地校正样品中高浓度Pb的干扰,适合于大批量区域地球化学调查样品的检测。Hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry(HG-AFS)is an ideal method for the determination of selenium(Se)in soil.SePb alloy hollow cathode lamps are most commonly used excitation sources for HG-AFS.The spectral interference of lead exists in the determination of selenium by AFS in dispersion-free systems,but it has not attracted wide attention.In this work,the interference of high concentration of Pb on the determination of Se was studied,and a interference factor method was proposed to correct the spectral interference.The conditions of reducing agent concentration and digestion acid ratio were optimized.In the concentration range of 2-40 ng/mL,correlation coefficient was 0.9989,the detection limit of Se was 0.002μg/g.The method precisions was 2.9%—9.8%,Δlog c was less than 0.035.The qualified rate of Se test results was 94.0%after correction in the regional geochemical survey samples in Tiemenguan of southern Xinjiang.The method is simple,rapid,accurate and efficient,which is suitable for the determination of large quantities of regional geochemical survey samples.
