摘 要:为实现垃圾填埋气的高效利用,提出了一种将三重整和水电解技术相结合的垃圾填埋气制甲醇工艺。该工艺利用可再生能源电解水制得氧气和氢气,分别用于三重整过程中的部分氧化反应,以及合成气调比。对上述工艺进行建模,探究了尾气循环至甲醇合成反应器的不同比例(循环比)对工艺技术性能和经济性能的影响。结果表明,在技术性能方面,循环比为0.95时,工艺的碳效率和净CO_(2)减排率最高(分别为83.00%和93.76%),而能量效率最低(为57.39%);在经济性能方面,循环比为0.90时,工艺的净生产成本和碳减排成本最低,分别为15.89×10^(7)CNY/a以及391.55 CNY/t。A landfill gas to methanol process combined with tri-reforming and water electrolysis technologies was proposed to realize the efficient utilization of the landfill gas.The process utilizes the renewable energy to split water into O_(2) and H_(2),which are used for the partial oxidation reaction in the tri-reforming and to adjust the syngas ratio,respectively.The process model was established,and the effects of the different ratios of tail gas recycled to the methanol synthesis reactor(recycle ratio)on the technical and economic performances of the process were studied.It is found that,in terms of the technical performances,when the recycle ratio is 0.95,the carbon efficiency(83.00%)and net CO_(2) reduction rate(93.76%)of the process are both the highest,whereas the energy efficiency(57.39%)is the lowest.In terms of the economic performances,when the recycle ratio is 0.90,the net production cost and carbon reduction cost of the process are both the lowest,which are 15.89×10^(7) CNY/a and 391.55 CNY/t,respectively.
