摘 要:本文基于十五相感应电机数学模型及仿真模型,通过对定子相电流进行克拉克变换得到其三次谐波平面电流分量,详细地分析在断相情况下三次谐波平面电流的关系特征,提取出单相断相故障及两相断相故障情况下的故障特征信号以及对应故障下唯一的故障因子,提出一种基于三次谐波平面电流分量之间的电流轨迹及相位差关系的十五相感应电机驱动系统断相故障诊断方法。通过仿真试验证明该策略能够快速、准确地检测出断相故障并快速识别出故障相,且无误判或漏判现象。In this paper,based on the mathematical model and simulation model of 15-phase induction motor,the third harmonic plane current component is obtained by Clark transformation of the stator phase current,and the relationship characteristics of the third harmonic plane current under the condition of phase break are analyzed in detail,and the fault characteristic signal and the unique fault factor under the condition of single-phase break fault and two-phase break fault are extracted.A method of phase fault diagnosis for 15-phase induction motor drive system based on the relationship of current trajectory and phase difference between the three harmonic plane current components is proposed.Simulation results show that this strategy can quickly and accurately detect the phase fault and identify the fault phase without misjudgment or missing judgment.
