摘  要:接触器与短路保护电器(SCPD)的协调配合能力是开关电器的重要性能参数。本文首先计算得到直流熔断器的截流值Ic和全分断时间tt两个重要参数。基于上述参数,确定了直流接触器的触头结构及触头弹簧的力值,然后基于虚功原理采用ANSYSMAXWELL软件计算并提取每片动触头所受的回路电动力;基于数学离散方法采用MATLAB软件编程,求解出动触头的霍尔姆(Holm)力,然后通过合力的计算证明接触器动触头不会被斥开。同时,结合触头的温升仿真分析结果,论证了直流接触器与直流熔断器具备协调配合能力。本文最终通过样机的实际试验,证明了设计方案合理及仿真计算准确。The coordination ability between contactor and Short Circuit Protection(SCPD)is an important performance parameter of switch electrical apparatus.In this paper,the cut-off value IC and the total cut-off time tt of DC fuse are calculated firstly.Based on the above parameters,the contact structure of DC contactor and the force value of contact spring are determined,and then the electric force of each contact is calculated and extracted by ANSYS Maxwell software based on virtual work principle Based on the mathematical discrete method,the Kholm force of the moving contact is obtained by programming with MATLAB software,and the resultant force is calculated to prove that the moving contact of the contactor can not be repelled.At the same time,combined with the simulation results of contact temperature rise,it is demonstrated that DC contactor and DC Fuse have the ability of coordination.Finally,the practical test of the prototype proves that the design scheme is reasonable and the simulation calculation is accurate.
