摘  要:针对大型风电主轴轴承激光表面淬火后试验验证困难的问题,提出基于相似理论的轴承试验方法。首先,推导了原型轴承与缩比轴承之间各物理量的关系;然后,开展激光表面淬火与传统表面淬火2种不同工艺处理的缩比轴承加速寿命试验,通过对比2种缩比轴承试验前后的润滑脂和游隙变化量考核加速寿命试验中的轴承性能;最后,基于相似理论将试验结果推广至原型轴承。试验结果表明,激光表面淬火轴承的服役性能优于传统表面淬火轴承,验证了激光表面淬火工艺在大型风电主轴轴承表面强化加工中应用的可行性。A test method based on similarity theory is proposed to solve the difficulty of test verification of large size wind turbine main shaft bearings after laser surface hardening.Firstly,the relationship among physical parameters of scaled and prototype bearings is derived.Then,the accelerated life test is carried out for scaled bearings heat-treated with two different processes of laser surface hardening and traditional surface hardening,and the bearing performance in accelerated life test is evaluated by comparing the grease and changes of clearance of two scaled bearings before and after test.Finally,the test results are extended to prototype bearings based on similarity theory.The test results show that the service performance of laser surface hardened bearings is better than that of traditional surface hardened bearings,verifying the feasibilities of applying laser surface hardening technology in surface strengthening of large size wind turbine main shaft bearings.
