摘  要:针对大功率风电齿轮箱轴承亟需一套完善的试验和检测技术的需求,以某机型行星轮圆锥滚子轴承为例阐述了轴承试验原理和试验方法,并在试验结束后对轴承零件进行检测。试验机传感器记录和轴承零件检测结果表明,试验过程中试验平台运行稳定,试验结束后轴承各零件接触面状况良好,无剥落、高温变色等现象,该型号轴承满足设计目的,符合相关国家标准要求,得到齿轮箱厂家的认可,证明了所采用的试验方案及检测技术的可行性。In response to urgent need of a complete set of test and detection technology for bearings in speed increasing gearboxes of high power wind turbines,the test principle and method for the bearings are explained,taking planetary carrier tapered roller bearings for a wind turbine as examples,and the bearing parts are inspected after test.The sensor records of tester and inspection results of bearing parts indicate that the test platform operates stably during test process.After test,the contact surfaces of each part of the bearings are in good condition,without spalling or high-temperature discoloration.This type of the bearings meets design purpose,in line with relevant national standards,recognized by speed increasing gearbox manufacturers.The feasibility of proposed test scheme and detection technology is proved.
