摘  要:风电轴承使用环境恶劣,维修成本高,要求其具有长寿命和高可靠性。为验证大功率风电机组变桨轴承是否能够在承受疲劳等效载荷作用下满足运行要求,以某型7 MW风电机组变桨轴承为例进行试验。介绍了新开发盾构/风电转盘综合试验机的结构及各系统的功能,详细说明了试验轴承的安装和加载,给出了试验过程中变桨轴承的温升、振动和力矩曲线。试验结束后拆解试验轴承并与试验前轴承进行对比,各零件的表面形貌以及润滑脂均正常,认为其能够满足风机的设计使用要求;该轴承装机一年多来运行平稳,表明该试验方案可行,能够为风电轴承的检验和研发提供有力的评估依据和原始数据支持。Wind turbine bearings are required to have long life and high reliability due to harsh operating environment and high maintenance cost.In order to verify whether high power wind turbine pitch bearings can meet the operating requirements under fatigue equivalent load,the bearings for a 7 MW wind turbine are tested as examples.The structure and functions of each system of newly developed shield/wind turbine slewing comprehensive tester are introduced.The installation and loading of test bearings are described in detail.The temperature rise,vibration and torque curves of the bearings during test are given.After test,the test bearings are disassembled and compared with the bearings before test.The surface morphology of each part and grease of test bearings are normal,meeting the design and use requirements of wind turbines.The bearings have been operating smoothly for more than one year,indicating that the test scheme is feasible and providing a strong evaluation basis and original data support for inspection and development of wind turbine bearings.
