右美托咪定对老年患者器官保护作用的研究进展

摘　　要：右美托咪定是一种α2肾上腺素受体激动剂,常用于临床麻醉。除了具有镇静、镇痛作用外,近年的研究显示右美托咪定还具有心脏保护、肺保护等器官保护作用。老年患者常合并高血压、心脏病等多种疾病,器官功能相对降低,耐受力差,因此右美托咪定现已被广泛应用于老年人各类型手术麻醉以及术后镇静中。本文就右美托咪定在老年患者围术期产生的器官保护作用进行综述,旨在为老年患者围术期右美托咪定的应用提供参考。Dexmedetomidine is anα2 adrenergic receptor agonist,which is commonly used in clinical anesthesia.In addition to sedative and analgesic effects,recent studies have shown that dexmedetomidine also has organ protective functions such as heart protection and lung protection.Elderly patients are often combined with a variety of diseases such as hypertension,heart disease,with relatively reduced organ function and poor tolerance.Therefore,dexmedetomidine has been widely used in all kinds of surgical anesthesia and postoperative sedation in the elderly.This article reviews the organ protective effect of dexmetomidine in elderly patients during the perioperative period,in order to provide reference for the perioperative application of dexmetomidine in the elderly.
