摘 要:为设计一个集循迹、避障以及无极调速等功能于一体的智能送药机器人,提升药品传输的效率,以STM32为主控制器,在确定系统功能的基础上,根据各功能设计对应的模块,实现了系统的整体布局,并针对主控制器模块、驱动模块、循迹模块以及OpenMV模块等完成了系统的硬件和软件设计,最后对系统的性能进行了测试。结果显示:该送药机器人的循迹路线比较准确、定位精度较高,且避障及时,各项功能良好,符合预期的设计目标。To design an intelligent drug delivery robot that integrates tracking,obstacle avoidance,and stepless speed regulation functions to improve the efficiency of drug delivery.Taking STM32 as the main controller,based on determining the system functions,the corresponding modules are designed according to each function,and the overall layout of the system is achieved.The hardware and software design of the system is completed for the main controller,drive,tracking,and OpenMV modules.Finally,the performance of the system was tested,and the results showed that the tracking route of the drug delivery robot was relatively accurate,the positioning accuracy was high,and obstacle avoidance was timely,that is,all functions were good,meeting the expected design goals.The rational design idea provides a reference basis for the subsequent research and development of similar products.
