摘  要:运用OBLF直读光谱仪检测钢中的超低碳含量,并研究分析谱线、试样加工方式、仪器的维护保养、氩气纯度和压力以及仪器标准化等对检测结果造成影响的因素,通过调整仪器的各项参数指标,确定最佳的仪器检测条件,并与红外碳硫仪分析超低碳的数据进行比对。试验表明此方法的检测数据准确度高,精密度较好,此检测方法满足炉前快分对超低碳含量检测在准确度和周期性等方面的要求[1]。Using OBLF direct reading spectrometer to detect ultra-low carbon content in steel,and studying the factors that affect the detection results,such as spectral lines,sample processing methods,instrument maintenance,argon purity and pressure,and instrument standardization.By adjusting various parameter indicators of the instru-ment,the optimal instrument detection conditions are determined,and compared with the data analyzed by infrared carbon sulfur analyzer for ultra-low carbon.The experiment shows that the detection data of this method has high ac-curacy and good precision.This detection method meets the requirements of rapid analysis in front of the furnace for ultra-low carbon content detection in terms of accuracy and periodicity.
