摘　　要：民主是现代政治的主要目标,中国式现代化具有发展任务的高度复合性、发展时空的高度压缩性和发展领域的多重协调性三重特征。中国共产党将民主发展确立为实现现代化的目标任务之一,同时主导着中国式现代化进程的推进与民主政治的发展。中国的民主发展伴随着现代化的进程渐次拓展与深化,服务于不同时期现代化的中心任务。发展全过程人民民主是践行中国式现代化的政治之维,有助于创造动态有活力的政治稳定,创造有序可持续的政治发展,推动有效的经济社会发展。在推进和拓展中国式现代化的进程中,发展全过程人民民主应当做到坚持治理定位以提升对经济社会发展的有效性,推进党的自我革命以维系党领导民主发展的自主性,加强智能升级以健全和完善民主政治制度体系的适应性。Democracy is the main goal of modern politics.Chinese path to modernization has the triple characteristics of highly complex development tasks,highly compressibility of development time and space,and multiple coordination of development fields.The CPC has established democratic development as one of the goals and tasks of realizing modernization,and at the same time,it has led the advancement of Chinese path to modernization and the development of democratic politics.The development of democracy in China is gradually expanding and deepening with the process of modernization,serving the central task of modernization in different periods.Developing people’s democracy throughout the process is the political dimension of practicing Chinese path to modernization,which helps to create dynamic and dynamic political stability,create orderly and sustainable political development,and promote effective economic and social development.In the process of promoting and expanding Chinese path to modernization,the development of people’s democracy throughout the process should adhere to the governance orientation to improve the effectiveness of economic and social development,promote the Party’s self revolution to maintain the autonomy of the Party in leading democratic development,and strengthen intelligent upgrading to improve and perfect the adaptability of the democratic political system.
