摘  要:中南大学新校区体育馆主体结构采用钢筋混凝土框架结构,屋盖的最大跨度为92.1m,采用空间钢管桁架结构,具有较好的整体稳定性。屋盖桁架跨度大,温度作用明显,为减小温度变化对结构造成的不利影响,钢结构屋盖与混凝土框架柱之间通过钢管转动柱及固定铰支座组成节点连接,该连接方式使得桁架在因温度变化而产生水平向伸长或缩短时,钢管转动柱通过一定角度的倾斜,以适应屋盖桁架的伸缩变形,从而实现屋盖桁架温度应力的释放,提高了整体结构的承载能力。考虑结构特点及场地条件,采用累积滑移施工。对施工过程进行模拟分析并将桁架应力及挠度的监测值与计算值进行对比,结果表明滑移施工过程安全可靠。The main structure of the gymnasium on the new campus of Central South University adopts a reinforced concrete frame structure.The maximum span of the steel roof is 92.1m,and spatial pipe truss structure is adopted,which has good overall stability.The roof truss has a large span and the temperature effect is obvious.In order to reduce the adverse effects of temperature changes on the structure,the steel structure roof and the concrete frame column are connected by a joint consisting of a steel pipe rotating column and a fixed hinged support.The connection method makes the steel pipe rotating column tilt at a certain angle to adapt to the expansion and deformation of the roof truss when the truss is stretched or shortened horizontally due to temperature changes,so as to release the temperature stress of the roof truss and improve the bearing capacity of the whole structure.Considering the structural characteristics and site conditions,the cumulative sliding construction was adopted.The construction process of the roof slip construction was simulated and analyzed,and the monitoring values of truss stress and deflection were compared with the calculated values.The results show that the construction process is safe and reliable.
