摘 要:杭州“星创城”商业综合体建筑高度30.8m、长300m,为大型复杂高层钢筋混凝土框架结构。为了实现结构预定的设计性能目标,首先从概念上通过设缝解决复杂结构的平立面规则性问题,再运用YJK和MIDAS Gen对主体结构进行了多遇地震弹性计算及时程分析、设防烈度地震性能设计以及罕遇地震弹塑性时程分析,此外,对开大洞楼板进行了中震计算,对超长楼板温度应力进行了补充计算,最后对下穿地铁线的地下室抗压、抗浮以及通过桩基与天然基础协同工作来减小变形差的问题进行了计算分析。通过上述几个步骤的计算分析并对关键构件及重要部位采取了加强结构外圈刚度、大悬挑梁根部设置构造性型钢、楼板应力集中处进行加强及底板预留后注浆孔等有针对性的加强措施,本结构达到了预定的设计性能目标。“Xing Chuang City”shopping mall in Hangzhou has a building height of 30.8m and a length of 300m.It is a large complex high-rise reinforced concrete frame structure.In order to achieve the predetermined design performance goal of the structure,firstly,the problem of the regularity of the plane elevation was solved conceptually by joint setting.Then,by using YJK and MIDAS Gen,the elastic calculation and time-history analysis of the main structure under frequent earthquake,seismic performance design of fortification intensity and elastic-plastic time-history analysis under rare earthquake were carried out.In addition,the mid-earthquake calculation was carried out for the large opening slab,and the supplementary calculation was made for the temperature stress of the super-long slab.And finally,the problems of anti-pressure,anti-floating of the basement under the subway line and the problem that the pile foundation and natural foundation work together to reduce the deformation difference was analyzed.Through the calculation and analysis of the above-mentioned steps and taking targeted strengthening measures for the key components and important parts,such as increasing the stiffness of the outer ring structure,using structural steel at the root of large cantilever beams,strengthening stress concentration points on the floor slabs,and providing grouting holes in the bottom plate,the structure has achieved the predetermined design performance goal.
