摘 要:介绍了某三向六自由度4台阵地震模拟振动台基础设计与施工,对比分析不同地基方案的优劣。主体结构和振动台基础采用桩基础。通过建立包括地基、上部主体结构和振动台基础在内的整体有限元模型,分析振动台设备基础的动力特性及振动响应。结果表明,合理选择基础方案,加大基础底板和槽道间尺寸,可有效减小基础振动。对振动台振动时基础各部位、实验室主体结构和周边建筑的振动响应进行了分析说明,并给出振动的影响范围,为类似建筑选址设计提供参考。在动力分析的基础上进行了设备基础设计,建立了包括钢导轨在内的设备基础实体模型,对基础和导轨进行了受力分析;为了减少基础裂缝,提高基础耐久性,结合基础受力布置了预应力筋。最后,介绍了设备预埋导轨加工安装和大体积混凝土基础的施工措施。The foundations structural design and construction for three-dimensional and six-degree-of-freedom 4-array seismic simulated shaking table were introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of different foundation schemes were compared and analyzed.The main structure and shaking table foundations are pile foundations.By establishing an overall finite element model including the subgrade,upper main structure,and shaking table foundation,the dynamic characteristics and vibration response of the shaking table equipment foundation were analyzed.The results show that selecting a reasonable foundation scheme and increasing the size between the foundation bottom plate and the channel can reduce foundation vibration effectively.The vibration response of various parts of the foundation,the main structure of the laboratory,and surrounding buildings was analyzed when the shaking table vibrates.And the impact range of the vibration was given,providing a reference for the site selection of similar buildings.The foundation design of the equipment was carried out on the basis of dynamic analysis.By establishing equipment foundation model including steel guide rail,stress analysis of foundation and guide rail was carried out.In order to reduce foundation cracks and improve foundation durability,prestressed reinforcement was arranged in combination with foundation forces.Finally,the construction measures for embedded guide rail installation and mass concrete foundation were introduced.
