苏子降气汤联合喜炎平治疗痰浊壅肺型COPD急性发作期患者的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨苏子降气汤联合喜炎平治疗对痰浊壅肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性发作期患者肺功能的影响。方法:将106例痰浊壅肺型COPD急性发作期患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方案不同分为对照组(n=53)和观察组(n=53)。对照组采用喜炎平治疗;观察组在对照组的基础上采用苏子降气汤治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、肺功能相关指标、炎症因子水平、中医证候积分及圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)评分。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),肺功能各指标均高于对照组(P<0.05),炎性因子水平、中医证候积分各维度评分及SGRQ评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:苏子降气汤联合喜炎平治疗痰浊壅肺型COPD急性发作期患者具有明显的临床效果,可改善患者的肺功能及中医证候积分,降低炎性因子水平,提高患者生命质量。Objective:To investigate the effect of Suzi Jiangqi Decoction combined with Xiyanping on pulmonary function of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)of phlegm stagnation type in the acute attack period.Methods:106 patients with COPD of phlegm turbid obstructing the lung in the acute attack period were divided into the control group(n=53)and the observation group(n=53)according to the treatment plan.The control group was treated with Xiyanping,and the observation group was treated with Suzi Jiangqi Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,pulmonary function,inflammatory factors,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,and St.George s Respiratory Questionnaire(SGRQ)scores of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The pulmonary function of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors,scores of TCM syndrome scores and SGRQ scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Suzi Jiangqi Decoction combined with Xiyanping has obvious clinical effect in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of COPD of phlegm retention in the lung type,which can improve the lung function and TCM syndrome score of patients,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and imprave quality of life of patients.
