摘　　要：麝香自古以来都作为中医临床不可或缺的传统名贵中药材。近年来,随着需求量的不断增加,野生麝香日渐贫乏,濒临稀缺。因此,在发展人工养麝的同时,加强对麝香及其制剂的研究,促进麝香的合理使用,最大程度地发挥其药用价值,是当前需要解决的重要问题。通过对含麝香中成药的专利、创新药研究、药理学研究、质量研究等方面进行综述,总结分析现存的主要问题,提出改进措施和建议,以促进含麝香中成药的二次开发,更好地发挥其临床疗效,对保证中华医药品种的传承创新具有重要意义。Moschus has been regarded as an indispensable traditional and precious Chinese herbal medicine in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)since ancient times.In recent years,with the increasing demand,wild Moschus is becoming scarce and endangered.Therefore,it is important to strengthen the research on Moschus and its preparations,promote the rational use of Moschus,and maximize its medicinal value in the development of artificial Moschus.The present study reviewed the research status of patents,new drugs,pharmacological research,and quality of Chinese patent medicines containing Moschus,summarized and analyzed the existing main problems,and proposed improvement measures and suggestions to promote the secondary development of Chinese patent medicines containing Moschus and give full play to its clinical efficacy,thereby ensuring the inheritance and innovation of Chinese medicine varieties.
