摘 要:本文对在工业废水处理系统中,不同不锈钢材料牌号的使用进行了选材分析。首先对机加工车间的废水类型进行了汇总和分析,分析了混合后的废水特向指标,对废水处理系统的工艺环节进行了分析,根据对不同不锈钢材料特性的分析,结合废水处理系统工艺的需要,将不同的不锈钢材料应用于不同的工艺条件中,使废水系统的设计和运行既满足工况需求又考虑其经济效益。This article conducts a material selection analysis on the use of different stainless steel material grades in industry wastewater treatment system.Firstly,the types of wastewater in the machining workshop were summarized and analyzed,and the specific indicators of mixed wastewater were analyzed.The process links of the wastewater treatment system were analyzed.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of different stainless steel materials and the needs of the wastewater treatment system process,different stainless steel materials were applied to different process conditions,so that the design and operation of the wastewater system not only meet the requirements of the working conditions but also consider its economic benefits.
