摘 要:活性炭是工业VOCs治理领域最常用的吸附剂,在VOCs治理减排中发挥着至关重要的作用,在国家双碳战略背景驱动下,环保要求逐步收严,对VOCs治理用活性炭品质、动态吸附容量、活性炭设计要求提出了更为严格的政策要求。工作对工业VOCs治理领域活性炭的生产应用情况进行综述,调研了十余家规模以上活性炭企业生产现状,以南京市活性炭核查为例阐述了现有工业VOCs治理领域常见问题,活性炭治理工艺在VOCs治理领域必将朝着高品质、规范化的方向发展。Activated carbon was the most commonly used adsorbent in the field of industrial VOCs governance,which played a vital role in VOCs treatment and emission reduction.Driven by the national dual carbon strategy,environmental protection requirements had gradually been tightened,bringing stricter requirements for the quality,dynamic adsorption capacity,and design requirements of activated carbon for VOCs treatment.This study summarized the production and application of activated carbon in the field of industrial VOCs treatment,investigated the production status of more than ten activated carbon enterprises above designated size,and illustrated the common problems in the field of existing industrial VOCs treatment by taking Nanjing activated carbon verification as an example.The activated carbon treatment process in the field of VOCs treatment will surely develop towards high quality and standardization.
